Economic Collaborative is a structured capacity-building program designed to strengthen cooperatives, community-based economic institutions, and social economic organizations through an integrated BOS framework: Business, Organization, and Human Resources (SDM).

The program addresses a common challenge faced by many economic institutions: strong intent and resources, but weak systems. Economic Collaborative helps institutions move from activity-driven operations to governed, sustainable, and collaborative economic management.
